Windows & Browser Support

In line with industry practice INCO is committed to supporting both current and the previous version of web browsers.

This allows time for users to upgrade at their own pace.

However, from time to time, we are asked about support for browsers and operating systems that are out of date and have, in some cases, not been supported by Microsoft for years.

Whilst we will always try to accommodate such requests, it is important to note that maintaining comparability with old, unsupported and unsecure, software and operating systems can degrade the functional and visual experience for those users running current generation software.

Our current support Matrix (as of Q2 2016) is below:

Windows XP 14 April 2009 08 April 2014 No

Windows 8 / 8.1 Internet Explorer 11 Yes Yes

As of Q2 2016, Internet Explorer 11 and Edge are formally supported.

Whilst we try to ensure that all websites "work" with the preceding version, e.g. Internet Explorer 10, there is no guarantee that they will offer a similar visual or functional experience.
